Huntsman, I agree. Our family stayed there in October. Shelia and her gang were great. Everyone we met was friendly and the Hillbilly Deluxe Cabin suited our needs perfectly. Once there you really don't need to leave for anything. You can ride your ATV to the General Store for Permits & supplies and to the Lodge for breakfast and dinner, they will even make you a boxed lunch for the trail.(The trails were teriffic as well as our guide BigMike.) We made many new friends and enjoyed it so much we've joined the Royal Blue Rangers ATV Club. IT'S JUST CLEAN FUN! (Except for the mud.) We'll see you back there next week!

Ken Odom,
Milton FL

Hi Everyone, new to this forum & I have seen alot of great information before I signed up so I decided to do so! I have already gotten a great email from someone (I think it was (Huntsman) when I emailed the rangers, thanks!

I was wondering if anyone has any other phone numbers for Ride Royal Blue Campground??? I have been trying to contact them for 4 days, all I get is either their fax hooked up to the phone number, or an answering machine, to which I have left a message and I get no return calls. I can't seem to get a person on the other end, there is never an answer, and as of today when I call, it now says their message machine is full & not accepting any messages.

I would love to stay there, but have some questions, and now I am not even so sure if I should take a chance and make a reservation online since I can't even get anyone....are they still in business?

Any information would be great. Their website only lists one phone number for contact (which, by the way, when the machine comes on, it lists a different phone number) and they don't even have an email address.

Thank you again,
Allig8r

They are still operating, I will be up there this weekend.

I don't have any other phone number for them. Not sure why they aren't picking up, just keep trying!

Thanks, actually I got a phone number from Huntsman, and also saw sheila's email. She answered some questions via email from me and I booked our stay. We will be there June 1st-5th. Anyone riding that Saturday, June 2nd? Would love to ride with someone that has ridden the trails before...this is our first time going here & also first time riding in National Forest land (we ride in GA at Durhamtown, which has all one way trails, wide trails, and fast trails). i can't wait to ride up there!
